So, Have you ever dreamt about watching your own death? I have, More than once to be honest. I have dreamt scary deaths and peaceful ones. Its scary dreaming about watching yourself die. You just sit there watching yourself fade away from life. Yet you can't do anything about it. its so scary but you can't wake up, its not over. You have to sit and watch your family fall to pieces at your own funeral. So you call out, begging it to stop but it replays like a record on repeat. Over and over again you watch yourself die and theres nothing you can say or do to stop it. The dreams are scary because yo have to watch them, but what if you didn't have to anymore. Clear your mind when you go to lay down, don't think about the future or the bad things that have happened. if you think negative thoughts thats what you dream. Remember that, you always dream bad dreams if you think bad or negative thoughts.
